Event Center is $200 plus a $100 cleaning fee + tax. The $100 fee is refundable, as long as the event center is as clean as it started and all rules are followed. If you cancel the event, $50 is non-refundable.
First come first serve on bookings.
You may rent the center for up to 12 hours, but no later than 10 PM. The turf and play area cannot be moved and alcohol is not permitted.
There will be a $200 fee if alcohol is found on the premises or in the trash. Other fees may apply if the property is left damaged.
Soft Play Event Center Rules and Regulations:
1. Age Limit: Children ages 8 and younger are permitted in the play area.
2. Footwear: All children must wear socks while using the play equipment.
3. Photographs: Parents are encouraged to take before and after pictures of the play area, as it should be left in the same condition as found.
4. Liability: The event center is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the playtime.
5. Equipment Placement: All play equipment, tables, and chairs must be returned to their original positions.
6. Food and Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed in the play area.
7. Cleanliness: Trash should be taken out, and all surfaces including tables, chairs, countertops, fridge, sink, play equipment and bathrooms, all must be wiped down and cleaned. Ensure all items are removed from the fridge and sinks as well.
8. Equipment Hygiene: Play equipment must be wiped down and cleaned with Clorox wipes (located under the sink). No glitter, face paint or silly string is permitted in the play area to maintain cleanliness.
9. Floor Maintenance: Floors must be vacuumed and mopped (utility closet in the bathroom contains cleaning supplies)
10. Set Up: Kindly ensure that tables, chairs and play equipment are in the same spot when you leave. 11. Alcohol is not permitted It needs to cleaned and ready for the next event.
